BSNL New SIM Card Not Activated

I have purchased a BSNL Mobile GSM SIM on dated-09-09-2013. Till date the SIM is not activated. I have been calling customer care but till now no answer from them. And i still don’t know the phone number of my new SIM.

BSNL has also accepted all the documents and verified in front of me the required KYC Norms so there’s no question of it being held on the same front.

Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. My bsnl sim card No is- 8991729093483953909. My alternative contact number is 9019744050.
