am a BSNL prepaid customer for the last 1 and half years. I have 3g signals in my area: “Sulur,Coimbatore” until the updation of 3g Rates on 15.08.13. I’m able to receive 2g(Edge) signals, but when selecting HSPA(3G) signals in my 3G(ZTE) data card, it first shows 4 signal points and then changes to “Unknown” with no signals on it. I have Top-up for Rs.139 pack to get 1 GB, but can’t use it. I have complained to bsnl customer service, not yet received any help!!! Help is need, can’t use 3G balance in 2G. It is waste of money and time!!!!
