Hi Team, I have received my UBISlate 7C+ (edge) tablet on 21st Aug 2013 thru blue dart (number: 59157593865) and when I tried to switch on the device I am unable to view anything except for a blank white screen from the first time. My order number is: PM7CBH6T Please resolve my issue by replacing with a properly functioning product or kindly refund me the amount paid if replacement is not possible.
