BSNL – Non working Internet Connection

i would like to draw your kind attention towards a serious problem laced with harassment faced by me for the last one year im a very old user of BSNL landline and yearly prepaid dataone broadband im user of two landline no (033-24701xxx & 033 24801xxx) and availed broadband with the 24701175 my given land line and broadband service has not been working for last one year .i docketed the complaint with docket no-12384525162 dated 01/02/2014.for 24701175 and docket no 12315558142 for 24801294 PLZ NOTE THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID THE YEARLY BROAD BAND CHARGES Even after reporting it though system,i personally visited the budge budge telephone exchange and calcutta telephone DGM(NWO ALP )office a number of times.This did not yield any resolution till date. my time and business badly affected due to non working of land line and broadband for so long The office in charge only received the complaint letter with verbal but careless assurance.i was made to visit to and fro one office to another.There are other broadband services running quite ok in my locality i, a 90 old senior citizen ,being harassed by all the circumstances ,request you to kindly take the issue seriously and fix my problem as soon as possible I WOULD LIKE TO STRONGLY MENTIONED THAT MY ISSUES HAS BEEN BEEN GIVEN IMPORTANCE AND HANDLED WITH UTMOST CARELESSNESS BY THE CHAIR PERSONS OF BSNL TEL EXCHANGE (BUDGE BUDGE EXCHANGE & DGM (NWO ALP) **all the copy of complaint letter receiving submitted to the offices in this connection is being attached herewith I had also posted my complain to west bangal consumer forum with grievance no.3039/2014 dated 12/23/2014.
