I am BSNL Landline customer and my no. is not working from last 1.5 month. We have complained almost 5-6 times but no satisfactory answer from there side. One person visited to check the complaint but after that same was asking BRIBE from us to repair the damaged wire of telephone which is coming from BSNL exchange. Since we are not ready to pay any BRIBE our phone is not getting repaired. Humble request you to pls look into this and make the responsible authority / person to understand their responsibilities.

Pls repair the phone ASAP also, necessary action against Mr. Meena (linemen) who is asking BRIBE to avoid such thing in future with anyone
