This is in reference to my order No. 91987xxxx dated 22/04/2015. I made the payment of Rs 6990/- for the Nike Sports Shoes through my credit card. I cancelled the order as the product they were selling was duplicate. But instead of returning money back to my credit card they have credited the amount in Paytm wallet. That Money has been blocked to be used for further shopping. I don’t want to purchase any thing & i want my money back. For the same, I requested them to refund the amount back to the credit card number of times but they are not replying back. They are not even having any customer care no. also where we can talk to them. We can only write mails to them & wait for their reply which usually comes after 48 Hrs. I am here requesting you to take an appropriate action against them & direct them to transfer the money to my credit card thru which I made the payment. Thanks!
