I had done recharge of Rs. 140 as I had received a SMS from BSNL giving information that it is a STV for free data of 1 GB valid till 21 days. After the recharge, I got a SMS from BSNL saying my balance is Rs. 237.61. But after utilizing it for download of only about 65 MB, my balance became 0. How is this possible ? Even now after i again did recharge of Rs. 140, it is going to main balance and is getting deducted as I use the internet and is not like a data pack for 1 GB data as they have advertised.

Recharge of data pack of Rs. 140 to get 1 GB data as advertised and also to get my main balance of Rs. 97.39. Plus whatever money goes for this recharge.
