Hello, I Requested to get an online access to my account on Calcutta telephones as subscription no.- 033 24314749. To track my Broadband usage on the above said number. Unfortunately, the process is not worked out properly, and each time I visit to the telephone exchange but they always say it is working properly and advised me to go home and check. Everytime, I found it nonworking.

I want this to be fixed immediately and want it to be checked in-person to relieve myself from this fear of excess billing.
