was sold a defective bsnl penta ws704c sim calling tablet on 14th may 2013.
1. When i contacted the service provider i was asked to handover it to the service center which is far my place. 2.Having waited for a month(i handed over the product on 9th june.) when i contacted them i was told the product which was sent from here returned again defective and they had to once again sent it back to be repaired. I received a phonecall from the place thane in mumbai where i handed over the product on july 18th stating that the product arrived but they will not be available the next one week and if i wwant i have to collect it bet’n the timeframe which they said or have to wait a week and latet call them and collect it. I am yet to receive the product. With a hope that this time the product will function properly.
1. Of no fault of mine i am made to wander which is physically tiring and suffered mental agony of having purchased a defective product which costed me 8299.00. 3. I could not have the facility when i required it, inspite of my timely purchase . 4. I m subjected to unnecessary delay for which i remain unattended by the seller
