Hi, please be informed that i have BSNL landline + broadband connection in my NGO organization at 1/93, first floor , shanti kunj alwar. my BSNL account number is 1021605766 and BSNL Landline number is 0144-2701xx. i am not getting internet connected from last 4 months inspite of several complain at BSNL office. however i am paying all the bills of broadband and not getting any service. we talked to BSNL office several times and they just say that its a technical issue and will resolve soon but its happening since last 4 months and still there is no resolution.

because of BSNL response that issue will resolve soon ad its still not resolve we have finencial impact in our orgnazation. i need full refund of bill that i paid and rupees 200000 relief because of intrupted service.
