Dear Sir, My BSNL Land Line No. 0484- 2617XXX (Thuravoor Exchange, Angamaly) is continuously not working for the last 6 months. From 2014 June 22nd onwards it is not working. I complained about this to the BSNL authorities of Thuravoor Exchange many times and until now the problem is not solved. I sent complaints to the BSNL authorities by e-mail also, but until now there is no solution to my problem and my land line remains as dead.
