Dear sir , I did a recharge for online www.portal.bsnl.in this site to recharge but recharge failure. So kindly credit back the recharge failure amount Rs. 99/ my SBI A/C no. No.0000031330345553by earliest possible time.
If you can develop state of the Art IT e-commerce systems then why do you do e-business at all ? It is all about consumer convenience satisfaction and not looting consumers.

I have registered my complaint since 28th Aug 2013, but still there is no response from their side. Every time i call the customer care they assure me that the problem will be resolved today itself. But there is no response from their side.. Please look into the matter. Chetan Patel.
