I am thoroughly disappointed with the performance of HTC One V & the poor response from HTC. I bought the phone in May 2012. In Oct the motherboard failed and was replaced under warranty. Again after 15 months of purchase, the motherboard failed a second time. HTC is refusing to replace the motherboard free of charge and is asking me to pay nearly Rs 5,000 for a replacement.
