Dear Sir, On 16-01-2014 I tried to recharge the STV for unlimited bsnl to bsnl calls. But unfortunatel instead of Rs.341/- had paid Rs361/- through net banking. The amount has been deducted from my account but later came to know that no such recharge amount exist.Kindly do the needful to refund the amount.

I B. Chenchu Rathnaiah bearing cell no 8985135245 was recharged today ie, 18/01/2014 on 13:52:11 time, with transaction no 10000023214678 worth Rs 200 but payment is taken but recharge is unsuccessful , i have also made a complaint no 134337 so kindly look into the matter and take necessary action as early as possible. yours B.chenchu Rathnaiah
