I am residing in vadodara. In jan-2014, i visited Mysore while roaming in mysore, i purchased doctor scholl chappals on 03/01/2014 from a BATA shop in a sale at Rs 695/- . Today on 20/01/2014 my chappals are torn out. Guide me what should i do now?
