Dear Sir, As i had paid amount through online payment through BSNL portal site on 7th jan’14. But the payment got failed 2 times while i am transacting from my bank account. But the amount was debited from bank account 2 times but still shows “awaiting for bank confirmation” in the site. so i have lost rs.266/- 2 times. so totally 532rs is debited from my account. so kindly take the bill amount rs.266 and reverse another 266rs to my bank account as soon as possible. For your reference i have attached the screenshot of bank statement & bsnl portal VAS confrimation screen. kinldy rectify this issue as soon as possible and reverse the amount back to me.
