Dear sir, I have recharged my mobile (9444268934) on 25th March 2014 for Rs.222/- full talk time. But, till date i have not got the amount credited to my mobile. But, the amount of Rs.222 was debited from my account, The bank transaction id was (POSTXN/25-03-2014 11:58:16/00005092. Unfortunately the transaction id given by you was not displayed in my computer. At that time it only shows ‘SERVER TOO BUSY’. I have talked with two times with your office staffs. But, no response. So, i request you to do the needful.

BSNL Online Bill Pay
I paid my BSNL broadband bill online, using my internet banking two days back.But till now it is showing that awaiting confirmation from the bank for the amount i paid.Amount was deduced from my account but my bill payment is still in process. I complained to the concerned authority but they didn’t respond till now. What should i do ?
