I am Ramu from Bangalore Kundanahalli area. I booked a parcel worth Rs 2000/- to Sainikpuri area in Secunderabad through Professional Courier. Upon reaching AS Rao Nagar they did not deliver to Sainikpuri and kept the parcel with them. Finally when our people tried to follow up and event went to their office they said it’s returned due to address was unidentified despite having two mobile numbers on the parcel. When it arrived in Bangalore it was torn and the item inside was missing. Consignment #: BLR4200320192.

I request the management of Professional Courier to take immediate action against a fraud racket ring operating within their company where items in the parcel are siphoned off.
