My BSNL landline telephone no is 0120-2497021. I have never opted for PRBT facitility yet these charges are imposed in my last month’s bill and current months bill which amounts to Rs 42 in each month. The customer care is never available to handle the queries. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and BSNL Noida should address this issue at the earliest.

BSNL EVDO NOT WORKING
BSNL has failed to provide evdo service in bhel area of haridwar.they does not want to repair bsnl tower and evdo software. What should i do? Please tell me thanks neeraj kumar

BSNL online recharge through netbanking
I have recharged my bsnl sim with phone number 9400972969 through SBI netbanking on 5th november 2013 for 100 rupees.But my phone is not got recharged till now.Bsnl has given a ref number as 77778348471.
