Sir… My prepaid account on BSNL Cellone mobile number 9496165962 had debited without my concern on 15/05/2013… One message also recieved saying that hungama services being activated… I not Activated any services.. How the prepaid account can be debited without the concern of customer… I tried many times to talk with customer care executive on customer care number 9447024365…. But very poor response…. Kindly arrange steps to solve the problem…
