My Mobile Number is 9540183283. I am using Rupee 98/- internet Plan on my mobile for internet access but its not working. I complaint to Customer Care for the same on 05April’2013. They said to me it will work on 13 April. but It didn’t work than i again make complaint to Customer Care on 17 April at 13:10:09 pm (Complaint S.No.:-2343129502). But they are saying me it will b resolve on 26 April’2013.You have to Wait for the same time.

I want to say this while i didn’t use the internet Service and this service provider is adding Rs.98/- to my monthly rental Plan, then why Will I pay For the service. My internet Service Pack should be start so that I can acess internet on my mobile and Rs. 98/- Should not be add in my Rental of Month April 2013. Looking For Your Positive Response.
