Hi, I am a BSNL user and my contact number is +919465630120 I get 5 rupees deducted without my knowledge. I do not activate any service. I contacted customer care so many times for this but they are not good. I have lost around 400-500 rupees just because of this. Other people are also facing similar problems.

BSNL Mobile Recharge failure
sir on 26th December 2013 i tried to recharge in two BSNL mobile through my debit card. but one was successful and the other was failure. +919447104476 was failure. it was an amount of rs. 135 for Special Tariff Voucher voice call. yet the recharge was failure i lost Rs. 135 from my account. i thought that it will be credited latter. til now it was not credited. please help me to refund the amount. with
