BSNL Pre-Paid Mobile Top-Up by Net Banking

As I have asked about my mobile top up not done in the training programme at RBO, Ramachandrapuram on 29/08/2015) I forward herewith the cms complaint reply about my mobile top up through INB, as per reply the transaction was successful. But top up was not done.
