SnapDeal order Cancelled Without Customer Consent

My product Godrej secreto has been placed on 13 October 2015.but it was not delivered til 28th October 2015.when I Call the service centre they told me my order has been cancelled.I called them from 28th October to 1st November 2015.they always told me that they will resolve it.but on 1st November they told me to place the order again.and the supervisor was not able to resolve the problem.he just said to place the order again.why I will order again??I have not cancelled the order.it was from snapdeal end….such a harassment
