On 01 Aug 2014, I have made an online payment of Rs 75/- for validity extension of Pyari Jodi scheme of my Pre Paid mobile No. 8277336226. The amount has been debited from my account, but the amount has not been credited to my Pre Paid mobile account. Please sort this out and get the amount credited to my prepaid mobile account.

I made an online recharge of Rs 110 on BSNL Portal on 06/08/2014 and the requested amount was deducted from my account but i failed to receive the recharge I checked in the statement that amount is not refunded.
