I have recharged 140 (data pack) for my number 9440452010 through BSNL portal through internet banking using state bank of patiala. Money deducted from my account but i didn’t get the recharge. Transaction time is around 12.50 pm on 11/04/2014.

Kindly look into the matter urgently and refund the money as you are a Government agency and cannot take such money by cheating.

I want you to return my hard earned money rs 40 deducted by bsnl on my mobile connection 9415817920 in regards to activation of tv channel which was not authorized by me and is totally il-legal to do so.
