on 15th november 2014 rupees about 32 has been debited from my prepaid balance without any information to my knowladge and the same day evening about 8pm i recharged my prepaid account (MOBILE NO:9444292xxx) by topup for 36 rupees (PER SECOND PLAN WITH SIX MONTH VALIDITY) then noticed my main balance was debited by the service provider from my account. then i called the customer care and a staff named sachin attend my call and told me to meet the local bsnl csc. i went to the bsnl csc office and the staffs told me they can not do anything with this issue. so i was again called the cc and they registered my complaint(COMPLAINT NO: 4K17CH369932) after two days i received a message that my complaint was attended but they did not credit the amount what they took. so again i made a complaint (COMPLAINT NO:4k20ch379044) today i got the same message that means my complaint was closed without complete my refund request
