I am writing my grievances regarding the KENT supreme RO purifier we bought online from snapdeal. It was delivered to us on Nov.10th and was installed on Nov. 19th. The invoice says it was sent by Ganesham electricals in Jaipur. Snapdeal order number: 3345788008 Product serial number: KR140844017. Manufactured in August 2014 Issues with the product just after 2 days of usage: 1. Leakage from every single pipe 2. Mother board/chip board is damaged because of the water leakage 3. Required 2 replacements Technician was unable to fix it as the moment he fixed one pipe, the other one started to leak. He tried for 2 hr and then left it as it was.

The mother board/chip is damaged because of the water and will need replacement. The product was manufactured in August 2014 and the technician already told us that it is defective but is unwilling to say so in front of his boss as he is afraid for his job.
