I filed complaint for my both dead phone, 1st, 12/7/13, Ph. No. 01882247715, Comp. No. 1014483500, 2nd, 16/7/13, Phone No. 01882-233715, Comp. no. 1014545869. Till date both phone no.(s) Dead. Today 22/7/13 I visited telecom office @ 2 PM (Lunch time was 1:30PM to 2 PM)but till 2:15 PM no body was there to attend the complaint, NO Senior or junior. As I am shopkeeper, so can not wait any more. Then I decided to file consumer complaint.

I just want my phone working. If I go to count loss and put my self in legal matter that will waste my more time, I am shopkeeper. so you can better understand my problem. This is my business phones.

Urgently handle my complaint to restore phone working.
