Because of this careless act of BSNL, i lost 180rs from my account. I had lodged a Complaint with BSNL [4A11KT379103]. But they Only Deactivated the Service as a part of the Response.

I want Consumer Care Panel to act on this matter and take the necessary action to refund the deducted amount to my Mobile Acc [9480001xxx]. Also make sure that this kind of troubles wont be happening with Other Customer.
