Sir,even though my swabhiman scheme is activated my talk time get cut when i call to bsnl phone at 10pm on 15may 2013. Sir,please do the needful to get my talk time back

hi .this is vinay from polavaram (westgodavari) .andhrapradesh.last 7 days people are facing network problem if power was gone no mobile communications signal avilable in polavaram tower area. plz solve the problem as early as possible. vinay
