I have BSNL prepeid sim.Earlier i opted for the tariff plan of Rs. 49/-in which the call rate was 49 paise per minute.2 months back the 1 year period for this plan was over.So,i opted for a new plan by the tariff of Rs 5/-(as suggested by the shopkeeper) without knowing the call rate.However,later i found the call rate to be very much high.Now, i want to change the same and opt for Rs 39/- tariff plan.From last 1 month i m continuosly calling the customer care,but as usual either the call is not connected or when connected.the call immediatly gets cut off.Kindly help.
