I have applied for a new Broadband connection on 18th of August then after 2 weeks somebody from BSNL came to my house and collected the document and initial deposit of Rs 500. Then after one week I got the no 25717756 and the i called NGV BSNL office for the connection. Initially after many calls they said there is no DP Box and we are arranging it for you. They keep one telling me the same problem for one and half month. Later I spoke to Mr. Suresh (SDPO) and he said there is no cable and we can not give the connection. BSNL should have checked this before allotting the no and they could have informed me the same at the beginning. I do not understand why they are harassed me like this. Initial one month I had called more than 100 times but nobody told me that it’s not possible. Now I want to file a complaint in UDAN site for refund but its continuously giving error. I have subbmmited a refund application on BSNL office at Koramangala BDA complex, Bangalore . But its been 1 month they are saying it will take six month more to refund. I have the copy of the application with me. When i asked BSNL officials that i will go for a consumer complaint , they said you can go ahead and file. It seems they don’t care about this.
I need my deposit amount immediately.
