Delay in service by service provider

recently. i had replaced my all parts of the water purifier but within two months it is causing very much problem and due to delay in service by provider we had to suffer many problems of safe drinking water on time. many a times we had to contact the service provider number of times to send his representative to correct the machine and even we had the annual maintenance contract then also service provider delays in providing service. but many parts had been replaced just about two months ago then also machine is not working smoothly.

my machine is to be repaired immediately and machine is possessing so much problem then provider should check the system properly and thoroughly with due care and diligence.
