BSNL – Unaddressed complaint dead landline

03-April 2015 Complaint (Complaint id-1022982554)registered with BSNL customer care regarding dead landline & intermittent connectivity of broadband. Issue was not resolved, We kept calling for followup for 10-12 days. Everytime they told issue will be resolved next day but there was no resolution. Customer care executives kept us on hold for 20-30 minutes every time. 15-April 2015 Eventually we mailed our issue to BSNL Public Grievance Appellate authority of Maharashtra Circle as per the Consumer Grievances page instructions on BSNL website. Still there was no reply 23rd April 2015 We mailed our issue to BSNL corporate office as per BSNL website instructions(Senior GM, DGM & DM) Its been 6 days since then and there is not a single response through email or call. This has been a frustrating one month for us. Kindly consider our issue and take necessary actions.

Immediate restoration of landline & broadband services. We are not willing to pay the bill for April 2015 as we have not been able to use landline at all and not used broadband effectively(used with a lot of frustration & on and off connection) Other compensations for mental harassment/frustration caused in making multiple calls to BSNL customer care, being on hold for hours and getting no reply, getting improper replies.
