Hewlett Packard – Bad Behaviour Customer Service

My PC was not functioning initially and i had a conversation with the tech support of Hewlett Packard, they filed case and sent a service engineer, that guy didn’t have a replacement of the faulty hardware and said he’ll fix the existing one somehow, then he did some changes and did not replace the faulty hardware. Later he performed a reset then went away and the pc stopped working ever since. And now no one is responding.

Proper Service from the company and extended guarantee of hardware
