Dear sir, I am a BSNL mob subscriber with mob no 9475092384. For last 5-6 months in my phone value added services astrology services,Jokes have been activated by the company without my consent. Per month Rs15 for astrology and Rs 15 for jokes is being deducted. This month 4-5days ago 15/-has been deducted last. I tried to contact customer care by dialling 9434024365 and 198, but call does not connect to customer care executives. Unlike other private operators BSNL does not publicise its grievance redressal mechanism widely and hence unknown higher authority mail id. Hence I have no other option but to knock at your door after vain attempt calling to customer care line mention earlier.I did not find any email id of bsnl in net.Hence I request you to kindly take necessary action so that my all value added services are deactivated and money be refunded as deducted illegally. I further request you to kindly request the company to provide its step by step customer grievance redressal e mail id.

1)Deactivation of VAS immediately 2)Refund of unauthorised balance deducted 3)Step by step custo care email id of bsnl for future help 4) Compensation for sufferings
