I bought apartment in Block B in premier properties on 2008 believing that project would complete on 2009 as per contract… When visited the site on Jan 2013, it was not in state of completion. Met Mr. Nagakumar and he denied to give in writing the date of occupancy All these time I was so patient as Mr.Nagakumar use to give me new dates every-time… but now I lost trust.. I was paying EMI to axis bank (for complete apartment cost expect for registration amount) for all these year, which I should not have paid as apartment was not completely done and was not occupied..EMI should only be paid for amount released towards different stages of construction … but i was paying EMI for full amount of apartment… When investigated, axis bank authority(??) has signed to release complete payment to Premier Metropolis without our approval i.e somebody did fraud signature (forgery) to release the payment. Now Mr. Nagakumar is only paying only part of EMI payment (paid by me unnecessarily all these years) by breaking his letter/promise of paying complete EMI.. This builder is constructing apartment since 2008 and got all the money upfront from axis bank from many buyers who does not know the system/policy. Till now he has not completed the apartment…Lot of families has been affected by this builder…. I was trying to file case against him (consumer plus civil) but court case may take years. My father in law is 55yrs old (given power of attorney) to him and it will be difficult for him to handle plus my inlaws cannot move in to the apartment.. This builder are taking advantage of all this.. I sincerely request you to interven and take necessary action on this builder. Please also guide us what can we do next…. Raghunath singh
