I had been using BSNL Data Card of Unlimited 3G Post paid Plan 700. Up to Sept 13 I used to receive monthly bill of Rs 800, however in the bill of Nov 13 it is observed that BSNL has given me a bill of Rs 6252 ( invoice no 290951299 dt 05 Dec 2013 ). This amount is very high as I am having no outstanding payment of previous month. My Data card No is 9401727093 Account No – 374908133 Invoice Number – invoice no 290951299 dt 05 Dec 2013 This is really unfair on the part of a service provider (BSNL) despite being a PSU, they are not following their corporate policy. They had disconnected my service and are asking me to make the payment. It is requested to kindly register my complain
