I joined the gym for an annual membership for the period before my sisters wedding as I was not going to be in country. The gym had to go under renovation for three months period within this time frame and gave the extension of three months when i was scheduled to not be in the country. When I told them that I won’t be able to avail the extension they offer, they refuse to do anything citing ‘technical’ reasons and refuse to give a descent response.

In effect, I am losing at least one and half month of my membership because Gods Gym Bandra won’t budge.

I want a written apology for being rude and not replying and 1.5 month extension.
