Bugged with Airtel Network & Customer Care & Unresolved issue

I am utterly in dissension with Airtel Services & Network.
1) I get only 0-3 Network towers when I am at home, even I am near to the balcony.
2) If I am 2-3 meters away from balcony, then Network tower goes to ZERO.
3) When I am out for a walk in the evening & I get calls, there are absolutely frequent CALL DROPS, CALL BLANKS during the conversations with different numbers, so, of course, I & Airtel have no chance to blame other network from incoming numbers.
4) My Friends, Clients & Relatives find it very difficult to get through my number with 1 or 2 dials, they have to make several trials to reach me, be it an incoming from Local, National or International.
5) I have then, tried calling 198 & yes, for the first 4-5 times, I find it extremely difficult to reach to Airtel Customer Executive & the reason is, THERE IS NO OPTION FOR NETWORK PROBLEM IN AIRTEL IVR MACHINE. I had informed Durgadas (Network department Airtel 198), Nikita (Floor Manager), Megha (Customer Executive) about all my issues & Network option lacking in IVR, but, it seems, the ignorance towards customer’s issue is usual with Airtel too & too confident about strong network that no option is kept in IVR.
I had the same issue with Hutch years back & they came over, checked the frequencies at my home & updated the db. Likewise, Airtel Uttrakhand (UP West), during my Photography tour to Uttrakhand, I had made a complaint for my numbers there, Airtel sent technicians to check & to resolve the issue. Mumbai being THE BEST & Expensive metro city in India, yet, have PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES BY ANY GIVEN NETWORK PROVIDER.
I being a Nature Photographer, I have to travel 6-8 months every year, seen many cities & hidden villages/rural areas where NO NETWORK REACHES & believe me, when any service provider telecast ads showing valleys, snow mountains forests etc & screaming that our Network reaches wherever you go… I BET, I HAVE ANSWERS TO ALL… I won’t even go to the Extreme Remote Areas. Good Roads (better than Mumbai Roads) but, Network – ZERO.

Cons: I am not asking for any perk, special schemes, mobile cars or whatsoever. I pay for better services, So, I look for the same. No one is doing favour, neither Airtel, nor I. Please deliver, what I pay for. I only need a better network, because I do not want my foreign clients to feel bad about my country PLUS I do not want to lose my dignity & rapport.
