sir, I have purchased a flat at Puttaparthy, I am a patient completely bed ridden due to Rhemotoid Arthritis. The builder than promised the building would have lift facilities with 24 hour security and well maintained corridors. As to maintain all this he promised he would collect himself maintenance charge as per sq.ft rate. and from then he is collecting yearly maintenance.

Past few years he is not maintaining the building with proper security and cleanliness. This Unhygienic-condition is a worry for a patient like me to stay. I got this issue to the notice of the builder several times, but he responded deaf towards the same. A year ago the lift of the building came crushing down, putting the lift service out of order till date. On questioning about the lift he says its out of his budget and has not got it serviced till date. Till date all facilities promised during the possession of the flat are not available. The builder says i am providing with water that is the best i can do. For rest of service do not expect from the builder/maintenance. My every year maintenance is collected on date on failure disconnects water connection. At this phase of life having a old mother who is also a patient its toiling my mental life. Based on this i had complained the HUDA officer puttaparthy who inspects me at my flat and suggest me to compromise with the builder and live life as it is. I complained the police of puttaparthy who could do very less as the constable who inspected me, refused to file a complaint as its municipal corporation job, does not fall in the jurisdiction of police. plz rescue me to live peacefully. thanks lakshmi 9959XX3169
