We have book for plot in pre lunching scheme with a amount of Rs.3Lacs wide cheque no.066911 dated 22/04/2006, Drawn on Vijaya bank loni road shahdara delhi-110032, Wide Company receipt no.0603, dated 26/04/2006. They have not alloted the Plot Till date Against the Booking amount they have Refund to us A sum of Rs.441494/- wide cheque no.510123, dated 16/09/2013 drawn on ING VYSYA Bank Ltd. the same cheque dishonoured two times. After this we have written the letter but no response given to us by the company. Please look after the matter in this regards

Compensation of refund booking amount along with interest till date and double of the amount of cheque issued to us under dishonoured act of the negotiable instrument.
