This called cheating & 420.( Cheque was cleared on 9th November 2013 from my accounts) • You and your company only does collection of fund by giving falls promises & unfair trade practice with customers this behavior of yours is out come of same.( Unfair trade practice ) • I will surely bring all such things under the notice of Consumer Court for justice, this is exactly called customer harassment as per Law & unfair trade practice. • Your company always denies the information to customer & delays the possession of flat by cheating purposefully, this letter is an evidence of same. • You have received 100% payment than also you have not given the information which was asked several times in past 4 months from you • No letter of possession as on 4th December 2013. • This kind of conduct with customer is evidence of consumer harassment & unfair practice by you .
