Bus no. GJ-3 BT 4, i am taking bus from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar on date 05/01/201, I was charged 450 rupees for multi axle bus at 9:30 am. But it was scheduled to 12:30. I Was transferred to sleeper coach with another person in single berth. When i protested the staff was extremely rude. And asked me to contact the office. I was left helpless. Please take action against this travels at earliest.

I want full refund and any compensation i may be eligible for my physical, mental stress and for loss of time. Please take corrective action.
