Sir. i bought a e-ticket through Busindia.com acting on behalf of PRTC bus service for travel on 11/10/18 !5.30 hours A.c bus paying Rupees 306. the bus was cancelled in the last minute by PRTC and i have been asking for refund of my money for the past one month ! There is no proper reply from Bus India so far and no refund till to date ! i can send you a copy of my ticket if nessaary and please look in to the matter. thanking you
