Please refer to he above. I am a central government pensioner, senior citizen drawing my pension through SBI
BYRAVESWARNAGAR, Bangalore (BRANCH CODE:12661). Each and every year I do investment declaration for
claiming IT deduction. i am attaching the investment declaration form i have submitted to the branch one week back.
I have invested Rs.1.5 lakh to my spouse PPF account (32854099920) this financial year through my earnings.
My wife is a homemaker and do’not have not have earnings, and not an IT Assesse. She is also joint account holder
of the SB account mentioned above. As per IT rule i can claim deductions under chapter VI-A, Sec 80C. I am doing
this from last so many years. The problem is that the concerned people in the branch (new set) is not accepting this
fact and refuse to upload the deductions in spite of my repeated remainders.

Kindly instruct the concerned people to do the needful, educate them regarding this and advice them to be customer
friendly
