Porting TATA AIG Car Insurance

Hello,

I must say sadly this year (2018) I moved from my previous car insurance company (ICIC) to TATA AIG insurance.

This is really getting frustrated and the bitter way I say to me as ‘Worst’ to deal with on-going issues with TATA AIG insurance. Your team are taking us so lightly and deliberately fitting us anywhere as their system like.

But it is high time, that these need some intervention of management so that our issues get addressed, hence I would like to escalate.

Here is story and I hate to publish it but we are so much frustrated at this time that I have to narrate it.

I met with a car accident last month while returning to home. As accepted I left my car for repair to service center and it’s been 9 days till now all we are getting a run around from one person to another. I am a working professional who has to commute on regular basis and since my car standing at service station I have no option other than to hire taxi on daily basis which is not only costing me fortune but also have to go through daily hassle of booking and waiting for the taxi.

The reason for changing my insurance from ICIC to TATA was based on the trust to get the improved and caring services.

Can anyone please listen to me as in real vain to get these things straightened up in order to have peaceful life? I have the answer as No but still have trust in the Escalation and Notification matrix which I am following.
