On 01/10/2014, I booked a cab to commute my aged in-laws from a function back to home. After confirmation of booking, the driver called me up and asked for the exact location of picking up and dropping. I provided him with the detail of the locations/addresses of both the points which he pretended of not being aware despite the locations being prime spots. After about half an hour I received another call from the same number asking those detail again, which I already had furnished twice (once to the call center, and then to the driver). I provided the detail for the third time and the caller assured me of the service. After waiting another half an hour, when I called the same number back on not receiving the cab, the person informed me that all the cabs are busy and cant be sent. I was completely annoyed on such irresponsible and unprofessional behavior as well as waste of time and energy. My aged in-laws too had a hard time after waiting for an hour in the night without getting the service. I vouch for a stern action against this organization and especially the person involved in this who called me from the number 9844016xxx
There was no economic or physical damage to any person either the complainant or the sufferers. However, the company must be booked for irresponsible behavior by its staff which might have resulted in creating an emergency. A service provider must be committed to what it promises. They assured service within half an hour, but in this case even after an hour the service was denied keeping the customer waiting.
