I have applied for broadband connection at my place in pune on 27-09-2014 and made the payment also on the same date i.e 27-09-2014. However till today (07-10-2014) no technician has came for the installation process. I have contacted their customer care many times , but they always say it will be done the next day. however nothing has been done yet. I tried to reach their appellate authority but they are not picking their phone. I tried to get the contact details of their Nodal office, but customer care agents are refusing to give the number. The TAT for installation has also been breached.

I want compensation of at-least Rs 10 lakh . An apology letter from their appellate authority. And one year free broadband subscription.
